Pellet Stove & Heat
Our pellet stove is easy to use, efficient, and heats the unit very well. Its quirks can require patience. If you experience issues while operating, please read through our troubleshooting guide below:
To start the stove
• Open the top lid, make sure there are pellets in the stove
• Select L1, L2, or L3.
• Press start (play icon)
• Wait 10 minutes
• Do not open the lid while it’s warming.
Troubleshooting
If the stove does start after 10 minutes and you see an “E3” error message, the likely issues are:
• There are no pellets (top lid)
• Open the front door and ensure the basket in the center is clean, clear of ash and the holes are not clogged so there is ample ventilation. If the holes are not clear it won’t ignite.
• Ensure the area surrounding the basket is clean and clear of pellets and ash.
• Ensure the tall side of the basket is facing the front. The tall side should be facing out.
• Ensure the basket is tightly secured and stable within the holder. If it’s loose, it will not start.
• Ensure the front door latch is tightly closed and in the locked position!
Other heating notes:
Please turn down electric heaters at night, and when the unit is vacant. Keep windows and doors closed if the heat is on. We kindly ask the thermostat max not to exceed 65 as the stove will keep the entire condo toasty.
Please turn off the pellet stove and set the thermostat to 55 upon departure.
